We are a fine jewellery brand seeking a Senior Operations & Brand Associate to join our boutique team and work closely with the founder. This role sits at the intersection of operations, brand support, client experience, and events, within a calm, considered environment where every detail matters. Our space welcomes a thoughtful mix of walk-in clients, private appointments, and intimate in-store events. Alongside the day‑to‑day running of the boutique, the role also supports the ongoing expression of the brand through content coordination, digital communication, and event preparation. This is a hands‑on role with real responsibility, including the independent opening and closing of the boutique and oversight of secure daily operations. You will also play an active role in supporting brand and client experiences, from event coordination and digital invitations to boutique setup and operational flow.
Responsibilities
