The Digital Content Creator is responsible for conceptualizing, producing, and managing engaging visual content across all social media platforms to reflect the brand’s luxury identity and values. This role blends creative vision with digital savvy, supporting the brand’s storytelling efforts through reels, imagery, and copy. The position also involves scheduling and publishing content, monitoring performance, and optimizing engagement and reach.
Key Responsibilities
- Visual Content Creation: Conceptualize and produce original content: images, videos, reels, behind-the-scenes clips, and stories. Work closely with the brand and marketing team to align content with product launches, campaigns, and brand storytelling. Capture and edit content using high-quality photography and video tools. Adapt assets for different formats and platforms, ensuring each piece suits its medium (e.g., Reels, carousels etc).
- Content Planning & Scheduling: Develop and maintain a content calendar aligned with the brand’s marketing and product schedule. Write engaging, brand-aligned captions and hashtags. Use scheduling tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite) to program posts. Ensure timely posting, especially for time-sensitive campaigns, events, and launches.
- Social Media Platform Management: Maintain and update profiles, bios, highlights, and link tools (e.g., Linktree etc). Coordinate with the team to respond to comments and messages when needed. Stay up-to-date on algorithm changes and new features (e.g., trending Reels audio, new Instagram features).
Skills & Qualifications
- Degree in Visual Arts, Digital Media, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 2–4 years of experience creating content for luxury, fashion, lifestyle, or beauty brands.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Illustrator) and Canva.
- Skilled in smartphone videography and editing (e.g., CapCut or equivalent).
- Knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, LinkedIn, and relevant tools.
- Strong sense of aesthetics and visual storytelling.
