This role offers a starting salary within Nacro’s pay structure of £31,982 with expected progression to £32,782 within the first year, subject to meeting clear criteria and performance standards, with further pay progression available in the future. Nacro is seeking an enthusiastic, motivated, and compassionate RISE Programme Coordinator to lead the delivery and development of our innovative RISE Programme—an intensive 8-week recovery programme designed to help individuals strengthen their resilience, build recovery capital, and achieve lasting positive change. This is a rewarding opportunity to work directly with people in recovery, helping them unlock their strengths, develop new skills, and progress towards education, training, employment, and long-term wellbeing.
As the RISE Programme Coordinator, you will take the lead in coordinating and delivering two concurrent RISE groups, ensuring participants receive high-quality support throughout their recovery journey. We're looking for someone who is passionate about recovery and committed to helping individuals realise their potential.
You will bring with you:
- Experience in supporting individuals affected by substance misuse and/or addiction.
- Experience in delivering group work, workshops, training, or therapeutic interventions.
- Ability to deliver against targets and demonstrate positive outcomes.
- Strong understanding of recovery-focused and trauma-informed practice.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
