Who Are We Looking For?

We are seeking a Housing Management Worker to join our team, managing a portfolio of properties and tenancies across a designated area. The role involves providing intensive housing management support to a core group of tenants, with experience in housing management, rents, compliance, tenant welfare, safeguarding, property health and safety, and maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide intensive housing management support.
  • Undertake risk assessments and develop accommodation plans.
  • Determine eligibility for services and take necessary actions.
  • Manage property maintenance issues and work with the Asset Management team to ensure standards are maintained.
  • Maximise rent collection and adhere to arrears policies.
  • Maintain professional standards and treat everyone with dignity and respect.
  • Work in partnership with the Housing Management team to meet targets and comply with laws and policies.
  • Foster positive relationships with the community, neighbours, and landlords.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver excellent service.
  • Be flexible to work across multiple areas as required.
  • Comply with organisational and compliance requirements.
  • Travel regularly; a full driving license and access to a vehicle are essential.
  • DBS check required.
