Support Worker – Lincolnshire NEST (Nacro Education, Support and Transition) Youth Housing
Full-time 40hrs available in Boston
Salary (full-time): currently £26,884 including unsocial hours payment of £1,300 per annum.

At Lincolnshire NEST, we provide safe and supportive accommodation for 16-21-year-olds, helping them build independence and transition into adulthood. We are looking for compassionate and motivated Support Workers to join our teams in Lincoln.
About the Role
Many of the young people we support have experienced childhood trauma and have diverse support needs. Your role will be to coordinate and deliver that support, helping them gain confidence, life skills, and independence. You’ll be a guide, mentor, and advocate—empowering them to shape their future.
Our full timepositions, work a rolling shift pattern between the hours 8am-11pm, including weekends, to ensure 24/7 support for our young people.
