At Nacro, we work with students who may have struggled in mainstream education — often due to SEND, safeguarding risks, or personal challenges.
What will I be doing as a Student Support & SEND Lead?
As a Student Support & SEND Lead, you’ll be a consistent, trusted adult guiding students through barriers and back into learning.
This is a full-time role covering both sites, being Bolton and Leeds at 40hrs per week. Or can be carried out as a part time role being 20hrs at Bolton and 20hrs at Leeds.
- Act as Designated Safeguarding Lead within your centre
- Lead on EHCP reviews and oversee the delivery of inclusive SEND support
- Collaborate with Programme Leaders, Local Authorities, families, and external professionals
- Line manage Learning Support Assistants and help create a nurturing, respectful learning culture
