Nacro in Southampton is seeking a reliable Catering Assistant to support the Catering Manager in the college kitchen during term time.
You will help prepare, portion and serve meals while ensuring compliance with food hygiene, health and safety, and allergen regulations.
Responsibilities include stock control, reducing waste, cleaning equipment and workspaces, using tills and delivering friendly customer service in a fast-paced environment.
