Responsible for leading and managing a team of Support Workers to deliver high-quality, person-centred supported housing and housing management services to vulnerable adults, including prison leavers, individuals on bail and people with complex needs. The role involves overseeing safeguarding, support and safety plans, staff performance, service quality and contractual KPIs, while ensuring compliance with organisational and regulatory requirements. The Service Lead also develops effective partnerships with external agencies and commissioners, manages rotas and operational resources, supports staff development, and ensures services provide safe, effective outcomes for service users.
