You will line manage the teaching team and with support, may deliver some teaching yourself as part of the role. You will report to a head of curriculum and engagement and will work closely with them and other managers to bring about improvements and overcome day to day challenges.Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:Line management of a team of teachers and learning support colleagues.Overall day-day management of the centre.Ensure that curriculum is delivered effectively and efficiently, working with central teams and other managers to raise standards.Safeguarding including acting as a designated safeguarding lead in your centre.Working with employers and others in the community to provide enhanced learning experiences for students.Essential requirements for this roleGCSE 4/C English and maths or equivalentLevel 3 AET or equivalent / relevant teaching and learning related qualificationKnowledge and experience of quality and regulatory frameworks and practicesPlease clickhere for the full Job Profile.Interviews will be held 2nd, 3rd and 8th July 2025.What are the next steps?Please click on the \’Apply now\’ button to apply online.
