Role
Join us as a People Advisor to provide advisory support and guidance that aligns with our organisation’s strategic goals, service delivery objectives, and operational challenges. You will support managers and colleagues to create an environment where everyone can perform at their best and reach their potential.
Key Responsibilities
- Support people advisory through effective management of employee relations cases, including but not limited to absence management.
- Provide Strategic Advisory Support by applying knowledge of the organisation’s goals to offer targeted advice to help create a thriving work environment.
- Provide Comprehensive Guidance, delivering efficient and effective people-focused solutions for both foundational queries and more complex issues.
- Coaching lead ad hoc learning sessions to address common development needs.
What We are Looking For
- Expertise: A strong background in people advisory/HR generalist roles with understanding of strategic and operational challenges, and up-to-date knowledge of HR policy, practices, and UK employment law.
- Communication Skills: Excellent ability to convey complex information in a clear, actionable manner.
- Coaching Ability: Experience in coaching and supporting managers to address people-related challenges and opportunities.
