The predicted salary is between 28800 - 43200 £ per year.

Job Type: Full Time, permanent

Hours: Working hours are 8 hours per day, shift patterns and flexibility will be discussed during the interview. The provision of the contract is between 08:00 and 22:00.

Location: Birmingham

An enhanced DBS check will be required for this role.

Requirements: Full driving licence and access to a vehicle.

Nacro is a national Social Justice Charity with over 50 years of experience in community support and reducing crime. We deliver the Community Accommodation Support service (CAS) across England and Wales, supporting adults in bail, HDC, and Licence Orders.

The team provides holistic support to residents, helping them find and maintain stable housing. You will manage a caseload of residents and properties in your area.

Key Duties:

  • Support clients to comply with HDC/Bail conditions.
  • Develop and implement person-centred Support and Risk Assessments.
  • Provide weekly support sessions to help residents achieve their goals.
  • Assist residents with Housing Benefit applications.
  • Manage and maintain properties to Decent Homes Standard.
  • Undertake basic cleaning tasks as needed.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Deliver effective, person-centred support and safety plans.
  • Maintain up-to-date resident records.
  • Coordinate referrals to support agencies.
  • Collaborate with partner agencies such as Probation, Prison Services, Courts, and Police.
  • Ensure properties are well-equipped, maintained, and clean.
  • Empower residents to achieve their outcomes and develop move-on plans.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Ability to develop person-centred support and move-on plans.
  • Understanding of safeguarding procedures.
  • Experience working with vulnerable adults with complex needs.
  • Flexibility to travel within the area and cover other patches as required.
  • Familiarity with computer packages.
