What You’ll Be Doing:
- Lead and inspire as part of a team of up to six Finance Business Partners, building capability and ensuring exceptional service delivery.
- Partner with senior budget holders, providing accurate forecasting, insightful reporting, and constructive challenge.
- Drive financial accuracy, ensuring budgets, forecasts and performance data are up to date, accurate and reliable.
- Conduct cost centre and P&L analysis, identifying trends and agreeing corrective actions.
- Lead on commercial and financial modelling for new business and re-tender opportunities.
- Support new business implementations and work closely with AP and AR teams to strengthen financial processes across the organisation.
- Champion outstanding financial management and play a key role in ensuring Nacro meet its organisational targets.
You will:

- Drive collaboration across the organisation and encourage innovation, continuous improvement, and excellent service delivery.
- Manage all aspects of people leadership—including recruitment, performance, conduct, development, and wellbeing.
About You:
- At least 3 years’ experience of contract management; including bidding, review and analysis.
- 5+ years in management accounting or business partnering roles.
- Strong technical skills in Excel and financial/ERP systems.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills—able to challenge, support, and build strong relationships at all levels.
- Strong commercial acumen and a passion for driving continuous improvement.
