What will you be doing?
The National Association of Child Contact Centres (NACCC) is a registered charity dedicated to ensuring children of separated parents have a safe place to meet the parents and family members they don’t live with and to help them understand and process what is happening. We are trustee‑led and values‑driven, working collaboratively to make a positive and lasting impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Acting as Secretary to the Board of Trustees
- Ensuring board meetings are properly convened, minuted, and documented
- Advising trustees on governance, compliance, and best practice
- Ensuring statutory filings and regulatory requirements are met (e.g. Charity Commission, Companies House where applicable)
- Maintaining the charity’s governing documents, policies, and registers
- Supporting trustee recruitment, induction, and ongoing governance development
- Participating fully as a Trustee in strategic decision‑making
