We're on the hunt for a talented Insurance Team Leader within the Private Clients and Personal Lines sector who uses their knowledge and experience of the Insurance Industry to build strong, trusted relationships with your team and clients. What does the role of a Team Leader here involve?
- Lead, motivate and drive performance and service standards for a team of approximately 6–10 Account Handlers and/or Account Executives.
- Provide direction and guidance to help the team meet their targets and support them with client issues as required.
- Drive and implement the placement strategy, focusing on improving income and leverage with insurers.
- Work in collaboration with the Head of Region and Manager to implement and deliver Private Client & Personal Lines strategies.
What experience do our Team Leaders need?
- Experience gained from within the Private Client or Personal Lines Insurance Industry in a similar role.
