Then we have an exciting new opportunity for you as an Insurance Account Handler within our team based in Southampton. Joining us as an Insurance Account Handler means you'll benefit from a Monday‑to‑Friday schedule, a salary based on experience, a generous bonus structure and all the benefits of working with the UK’s largest independent Insurance Brokers. We welcome people from all backgrounds and offer hybrid and flexible working arrangements for Account Handlers who prefer a different schedule to the traditional 9‑5.
Role responsibilities
- Every day you will support a designated client portfolio, acting as their first point of contact, building strong relationships, and addressing their queries as they arise.
- This role is ideal for those who love customer service or sales, as relationship‑building with our clients is key to your success.
