Join our Credit and Insurance business, supporting legal and business activities across a growing platform. Working closely with legal and front office teams to manage documentation and improve how we store, access and use information, supporting the growth of our private credit platform. This is a 4-month fixed‑term contract opportunity. We are a global financial services group operating in 30 markets with 57 years of unbroken profitability. At Macquarie, you are empowered to shape a career that is fulfilling and creates value. You will bring your insights and expertise to the task at hand and feel supported as you make your own kind of impact for a better future.

What role will you play?

In this role you will support our developing AI framework by improving document management and enabling the business to use these systems effectively. You will collaborate closely with our legal team to organise and review investor, transaction and portfolio documents, and also work on additional projects that contribute to the development of our Private Credit platform. Sitting directly with the business, you will have exposure to the full range of Credit & Insurance’s activities through your work with the legal team.

What you offer

  • Strong document management skills and familiarity with document storage systems.
  • Established knowledge of AI tools, ideally including Copilot, Claude and Harvey.
  • Familiarity with legal documentation, with experience in financial services or asset management helpful but not essential.
  • A proactive approach to supporting a growing credit business and new initiatives.
  • Clear communication skills and a collaborative mindset, with an interest in developing your familiarity with legal documentation and improving processes and efficiency.

We encourage people from all backgrounds to apply regardless of their identity, including age, disability, neurodiversity, gender (including gender identity or expression), sexual orientation, marriage or civil partnership, pregnancy, parental status, race (including ethnic or national origin), religion or belief, or socio‑economic background. We welcome further discussions on how you can feel included and belong at Macquarie as you progress through our recruitment process. Our aim is to provide reasonable adjustments to individuals as required during the recruitment process and in the course of employment.
