The Opportunity
You will lead a shared service legal cashiering function of circa 20 staff, including Legal Cashiers, Senior Cashiers and Deputy Management level employees. Creating a genuine opportunity for someone to make a long‑term impact.

Key Responsibilities
- Managing and leading a team of around 20 within a shared services environment

- Working closely with senior stakeholders across the business
Experience Required
- Previous Legal Cashiering management experience
- Experience managing larger teams (ideally 10+)
- Strong people management and leadership skills
- Tech and transformation mindset
- Experience with Elite 3E and/or Salesforce/Satinia would be highly advantageous
