We are seeking a talented individual to join our Multinational team within our Risk Management department at Marsh. This is a hybrid role that requires working at least three days a week in the office. The key purpose of the role is to be responsible for all areas of multinational servicing for a book of clients. This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate from an insurer/broker background looking to take the next step in their career and manage relationships with overseas insurers. We also welcome entry‑level candidates who can demonstrate the transferable skills needed to succeed in this role.
We will count on you to:
- RENEWAL PROCESS
- Work with client teams and insurers to set up compliant global programmes
- Manage the international aspect of own book of multinational clients, supported by Assistant Coordinators
- Ensure correct and timely issuance of policy instructions via Marsh's multinational coordination technology
- Manage insurers and Marsh network to ensure that all compulsory documentation is provided, and all regulatory deadlines are met
- Liaise with multinational insurers to ensure global programmes are issued and paid
- Annual review of network remuneration
- NON-RENEWAL PROCESS
- Be the go‑to point for own clients and Client Executives in their day‑to‑day queries that relate to Multinational risks
- Be responsible for Marsh Multinational UK's relationship with a country or region, including escalations
- Forming and maintaining good working relationships with the international Marsh network and insurers
- Support the Multinational Advisory Practice team with an insurer relationship
- Ad hoc support for client teams with Multinational projects
What you need to have:
- Competent in Microsoft Office and willing to learn the use of relevant Marsh business applications.
- Strives to deliver best practice, market leading service and solutions
- Excellent communicator, with the ability to tailor message to the target audience and purpose
- Good standard of education to include Maths and English
- Excellent attention to details and visual accuracy skills
- Keenness to develop a career within insurance
What makes you stand out:
- Previous insurance experience (ideally working with corporate multinational insurance accounts)
- Experience of working within FCA guidelines and specific procedures
- CII qualifications or currently studying
