The Role

As a Vice President, you will play a leading role in originating and executing complex advisory and capital raising transactions across the Insurance sector. Working closely with Managing Directors and senior industry stakeholders, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, leading transaction teams, overseeing junior bankers, and driving the successful delivery of M&A, Private Capital Advisory (PCA), and strategic advisory mandates.

Candidate Profile

  • 6-10+ years of Investment Banking experience gained within M&A, Strategic Advisory, or Private Capital Advisory teams
  • Strong Insurance sector expertise, either within a specialist Insurance advisory platform or a FIG team with significant insurance exposure
  • Demonstrable transaction experience across M&A, PCA, capital raising, or strategic advisory mandates
  • Proven ability to manage client relationships and lead transaction execution with increasing autonomy
  • Strong understanding of insurance business models, capital structures, regulatory considerations, and market dynamics
  • Excellent financial modelling, valuation, and analytical capabilities
  • Outstanding communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience managing and developing junior team members
  • Strong academic background from a leading university
