An outstanding opportunity to join the Corporate Reporting team of one of the world's leading private equity firms.

Working across a complex international, multi-entity group, you'll gain broad exposure to statutory reporting, financial control, technical accounting and a variety of finance and business projects, whilst partnering with senior stakeholders across the organisation.

This role offers an excellent platform for a technically strong accountant looking to accelerate their career within a high-performing private markets environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial reporting across multiple group entities.
  • Assist with the preparation of statutory financial statements under UK GAAP and IFRS.
  • Support the month-end and year-end close process, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
  • Prepare and review balance sheet reconciliations, including intercompany balances, accruals and prepayments.
  • Support the group consolidation process, including intercompany eliminations and reconciliations.
  • Assist with the external audit process, preparing supporting schedules and responding to auditor queries.
  • Support VAT and corporate tax reporting by providing information to the Tax team.
  • Prepare technical accounting papers and assist with the implementation of new accounting standards where required.
  • Contribute to finance process improvements, systems enhancements and automation initiatives.
  • Work closely with colleagues across Finance, Tax, Treasury and the wider business on a range of projects and ad hoc initiatives.
  • Candidate Profile
  • ACA, ACCA or equivalent qualified accountant.
  • Approximately 3-5 years' post-qualified experience.
  • Experience within corporate reporting, group reporting or financial control.
  • Strong knowledge of UK GAAP and/or IFRS.
  • Experience preparing statutory accounts and supporting external audits.
  • Excellent analytical skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Comfortable operating within a fast-paced, multi-entity financial services environment.
  • Proactive, organised and keen to develop within a leading private markets business.
