An opportunity has arisen for an Associate or Senior Associate to join a high‑performing Litigation & Dispute Resolution practice. You will work closely with senior lawyers on a range of complex commercial litigation and dispute resolution matters, with increasing responsibility and direct interaction with clients commensurate with experience.
Responsibilities
- Assisting with, and progressively running, litigation and dispute resolution matters
- Drafting pleadings, submissions, affidavits and correspondence
- Preparing matters for hearings, mediations and other dispute resolution processes
- Engaging directly with clients, counsel, experts and other stakeholders
- Supporting and mentoring junior lawyers (Senior Associate level)
- Contributing to the consistent delivery of high‑quality, practical outcomes
Skills & Experience
- Collaborative team player who values close working relationships
- Self‑motivated, organised and exercises sound judgment
- Strong interest in complex commercial disputes and litigation strategy
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
