Aon is currently recruiting a Client Service Advisor to join our Corporate team based in our Leeds Embankment office. This is a hybrid role, combining office and home-based working, where you’ll play a key part in supporting the delivery of high-quality, efficient and professional service to our clients.

What the day will look like

The Client Service Advisor is responsible for supporting the coordination and delivery of service to our clients, working closely with Client Managers, Client Directors and specialist teams to provide a high-quality, efficient and professional service across all aspects of the client lifecycle. The key responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the delivery of high-quality day-to-day service to a portfolio of Corporate clients, working closely with Client Managers and Client Directors.
  • Preparing and processing documentation across the client lifecycle, including quotations, renewals, mid‑term adjustments, invoicing, and policy documentation, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Responding promptly and professionally to client queries, issues and requests, escalating where appropriate and ensuring these are resolved to the client’s satisfaction.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date client and policy records in Aon’s systems, ensuring compliance with all relevant procedures and quality standards.
  • Building and maintaining effective working relationships with key client contacts, insurers and internal stakeholders, acting as a reliable day‑to‑day point of contact.
  • Working in accordance with the Aon UK Limited Risk Management Framework and policies, including completion of all mandatory training and active participation in the management of risks that may affect the business, interests or reputation of any Aon Group company.

  • Shown experience within a commercial or corporate insurance broking environment, including considerable exposure to complex and/or multinational insurance programmes.
  • A consistent track record of delivering exceptional client service, with the ability to build and maintain senior level relationships and handle queries in a professional, proactive and solutions‑focused way.
  • Well‑developed communication skills, both written and verbal, with the confidence to influence and negotiate with clients, insurers and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage competing priorities across a varied client portfolio.
  • Progress towards professional qualifications is desirable, and support will be provided to continue your development.
