We're hiring a management accountant to take ownership of the finance function within a growth, leading software development business in London. You'll be joining a fast-paced environment where stronger financial oversight is needed. You'll work closely with a strong Financial Controller who is looking for someone to support the finance team and wider business on finance-related matters as well as upskilling where appropriate. This role suits someone confident, steady under pressure, and hungry. You'll play a key role in shaping how finance operates as the company continues to expand.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the finance function including account receivables and payables, ensuring processes run smoothly.
- Analyse monthly group financials across multiple entities responsible for budgeting and forecasting to support financial planning and decision making.
- Streamline finance processes to make reporting quicker and more accurate.
- Support audit processes and ensure compliance with financial controls.
- Produce monthly management accounts for senior management review.
What would the ideal person look like:
- Fully qualified (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
- Strong experience in group reporting or financial analysis
- Experience in SaaS/Software Development is essential
- Confident navigating ERP/reporting tools
