About the Role:
As an Insurance Sales Adviser, you will provide expert, consultative advice to clients on private medical insurance. You may use your advanced quote system to understand their needs, explain product benefits and guide them to the best solution – always with their best interests in mind.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct fact-finding calls to understand client needs and budgets
- Recommend suitable insurance products from top UK providers
- Overcome objections and highlight key benefits to close sales
- Deliver exceptional service while meeting sales targets
What We Are Looking For:
- Proven phone-based sales experience, ideally in insurance or financial services
- Experience selling regulated products in a high-volume environment
- Strong communication, listening and objection-handling skills
