What You\’ll Be Doing:
- Manage your own caseload of motor, liability, and property-related claims from cradle to grave.
- Proactively communicate with clients, insurers, claimants, and other relevant parties.
- Independently assess and manage complex claims, utilizing your extensive knowledge and experience.
- Identify and manage potential conflicts of interest, adhering to strict regulatory guidelines.
- Contribute to the team\’s success, sharing your expertise and best practices.
What We’re Looking For:
- Demonstrable success in handling a diverse portfolio of motor, liability, and property-related claims.
- A deep understanding of general insurance principles, practices, and regulations.
- A proactive and independent professional who can manage a caseload efficiently and effectively with minimal supervision.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively liaise with all stakeholders.
- IT literate and comfortable with case management systems.
- Results‑oriented with a strong work ethic and excellent time‑management skills.
- Previous experience working within a broker environment and/or with Acturis is preferred but not essential.
