This is the perfect opportunity for individuals who have completed further or higher education (i.e A-Levels/equivalent or university degree) and are looking for a long term, exciting and rewarding career in insurance.

Our Associate Client Advisor Program is backed up by our training provider, BPP who will provide expert insurance training and support alongside an apprenticeship qualification which includes the Cert CII certification and a Level 3 Insurance Practitioner qualification. This role has an anticipated start date of January 2026.

The role involves:

  • Servicing a dedicated portfolio of clients, managing renewals, invoicing, producing new quotes, upselling/cross selling additional products while handling any additional queries.
  • Providing excellent client service on all aspects of account management to ensure client needs are identified and met in line with agreed service standards.
  • Speaking with clients on a day-to-day basis via telephony and email platforms.
  • Utilising insurance broking systems on a daily basis.
  • Ensuring timely completion of all set tasks ensuring client satisfaction at all times.
  • Developing meaningful working relationships with our insurer partners through regular contact and liaison.
  • Gaining a thorough understanding of all major classes of insurance that we offer our clients through training, coaching and mentoring.

What you need to have:

  • Previous experience within a client/customer facing role.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Right to Work in the UK or Republic of Ireland (no visa sponsorship provided).
  • Minimum 5 GCSE's at Grades 9 - 4 (including English & Maths).
  • Good attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise responsibilities.
  • Ability to work independently.
