Role: Insurance Account Handler within our friendly team based in Tonbridge.

Responsibilities:

  • Support a designated client portfolio, acting as the first point of contact, building strong relationships, and assisting with queries as they arise.
  • Provide excellent customer service, with a focus on relationship-building to ensure a positive client experience.
  • Work with clients on the phone and by email, using your communication skills to manage inquiries and issues.
