In addition to core broking services, you'll work closely with specialist teams to provide claims support and risk advisory services across a wide range of industries, including renewables, real estate, public sector, food and drink, and retail and wholesale.
  • Take ownership of the end-to-end client service experience, handling both internal delivery teams and all Risk Management services to ensure consistently high standards of service in line with agreed client service plans and tools.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to introduce Aon's full suite of products and services, ensuring client needs are clearly understood and effectively communicated across service teams and the wider Aon network.
  • Build strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers across client organisations, extending beyond Finance Directors and the C-suite to develop deep, trusted partnerships.
  • Drive growth across your client portfolio, increasing revenue and profitability while also contributing to new business development and portfolio expansion.
  • Responsible for working in accordance with the Aon UK Limited Risk Management Framework, and compliance with the Aon UK Limited policies, including participation in the management of risks (including completion of mandatory training) that may adversely affect the business, interests or reputation of any Group Company.

Across Scotland, we have specialist insurance expertise spanning Cyber, Professional Indemnity, Marine and Trade Credit, alongside local risk practitioners covering Health, Wealth and Investment. This means you'll have direct access to multi-disciplinary support to help you deliver tailored, high-value solutions to your clients.
