So, what does the role of an Insurance Account Director here involve? This role will be made for you if you love fostering relationships and helping clients find the right insurance products to fit their needs. Our Account Directors are excellent at tailoring their approach, working with clients face to face, on the phone or via video calls. Our clients will need your support all year round and then there are those all-important networking and prospecting activities that will help you to build and develop your portfolio as you go.

What experience do our Account Directors need? This area of the business looks after very large and complex cases and will require an individual with exposure to large corporate risks. You will be a high performer and have a history of looking after a large book of business. The rest is all about you as a person; most important is your ability to bring your best self to work every day to give our clients the best possible experience.
