An opportunity has arisen for an Associate or Senior Associate to join a high‑performing Litigation & Dispute Resolution practice. You will work closely with senior lawyers on a range of complex commercial litigation and dispute resolution matters, with increasing responsibility and direct interaction with clients commensurate with experience.

Responsibilities

  • Assisting with, and progressively running, litigation and dispute resolution matters
  • Drafting pleadings, submissions, affidavits and correspondence
  • Preparing matters for hearings, mediations and other dispute resolution processes
  • Engaging directly with clients, counsel, experts and other stakeholders
  • Supporting and mentoring junior lawyers (Senior Associate level)
  • Contributing to the consistent delivery of high‑quality, practical outcomes
