International Broker Insurance Property Specialising in the Middle East, North Africa region (MENA). An exciting career opportunity has arisen in the heart of the London reinsurance market to join a well-respected, vibrant team of wholesale broking specialists, as a Senior International Property Insurance Broker.
Key Responsibilities
- You will be responsible for all aspects of service delivery - both client and market facing.
- Work with clients to ensure accurate risk details are obtained.
- Oversee the preparation of broking presentations.
- Identify suitable markets and devise a placement strategy.
- Lead negotiations with syndicate, company and overseas markets.
- Maintain and develop strong market and relationships.
- Collaborate within the team to explore new business opportunities.
Regional Responsibility
You will have direct responsibility for both new business and renewal enquiries emanating mainly from; Middle East, North Africa and surrounding regions.
Experience and required skills
- The ideal candidate will have good written and verbal communication skills.
- Relevant London market and international market experience.
- A solid working and technical knowledge of the property reinsurance product classes and markets.
- Values good market, client and colleague relationships.
