Do you have extensive experience as a Reinsurance Technician or are a Reinsurance Accounts professional used to dealing with Treaty accounts? Are you looking for your next challenge in reinsurance, where you will be encouraged to reach your highest potential? Do you want to be part of one of the largest privately-owned independent international insurance and reinsurance brokers headquartered in the City of London?
Key Responsibilities:- Process proportional treaty accounts and premium adjustments
- Handle excess of loss claims and reinstatements from first advice to closure
- Produce and review documentation for accuracy and completeness
- Manage premium transactions using Trace ISYS OpenTWINS
- Monitor credit control and support reconciliation with Finance
- Maintain audit-ready files and produce management reports
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal standards
- Experience in the insurance market (broker, underwriter, or bureau)
- Strong IT skills (Word, Outlook, Excel)
- Cert CII or equivalent technical insurance experience
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Knowledge of FCA regulations and financial crime prevention
- A collaborative and professional working environment
- Exposure to international markets and complex treaty arrangements
