Key Responsibilities
- Underwrite profitable Political Violence, Terrorism & War risks in line with the company's underwriting strategy and appetite.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Lloyd's accredited brokers, and A+ rated capacity providers in London and internationally.
- Attract, and manage quality quota-share capacity.
- Utilise the company's proprietary data analytics to support evidence-based, disciplined underwriting.
- Ensure compliance with delegated authority agreements and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop new products and capture opportunities in emerging markets.
- Drive profitable growth of the Political Violence, Terrorism & War portfolio, complementing the company's wider specialty offering.
Candidate Profile
- Proven track record in underwriting Political Violence, Terrorism & War.
- Strong broker and market relationships in London and internationally.
- Ability to attract, retain, and grow underwriting capacity.
