The International Property Reinsurance Treaty Broker will support the placement, structuring and servicing of Property reinsurance programmes for clients across global territories. The role requires strong analytical capability, sound technical understanding of Property reinsurance, and the ability to operate effectively within a fast‑paced international environment. The successful candidate will contribute to the delivery of high‑quality broking, client service and market engagement across Treaty Property business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the placement and renewal of international Property reinsurance treaty programmes.
  • Prepare and analyse exposure data, catastrophe information, and portfolio performance to support structuring and market engagement.
  • Produce high‑quality submissions, presentations and market‑facing materials for clients and reinsurers.
  • Assist in the design and negotiation of Property reinsurance solutions in line with client objectives, risk appetite and market conditions.
  • Maintain effective working relationships with clients, reinsurers and internal stakeholders across global offices.
  • Contribute to the preparation of client reports, renewal documentation and technical analyses.
  • Ensure accuracy, consistency and compliance across all documentation and internal processes.
  • Support the wider team in delivering a high standard of service and contributing to the Company's collaborative culture.

Candidate Requirements

  • 2–5 years experience in Property Reinsurance, gained within underwriting or broking.

  • High level of proficiency in Excel (data manipulation, modelling) and PowerPoint (client‑ready presentations).
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple workstreams in a time‑sensitive environment.
