NABA London is the first international campus of Nuova Accademia di Belle Arti, opening in East London in October 2026. Combining Italian design heritage with London’s creative industries, NABA London will offer an international, studio‑based learning environment for students across art, design, fashion, and creative disciplines. Located at Here East in the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park, the new campus represents an exciting opportunity to join a growing institution at launch stage and contribute to shaping the student experience from day one. Programmes delivered at NABA London are validated by Regent's University London.

We are seeking a proactive and highly organised Admissions & Recruitment Coordinator, reporting to the Head of Enrolment, NABA London, to support student recruitment, applicant engagement, and enrolment growth for NABA London. This is a student‑facing role focused on guiding prospective students through the full journey from enquiry to enrolment. The successful candidate will work closely with applicants, agents, school counsellors, and internal teams across London and Milan to deliver an excellent applicant experience and support recruitment targets. The role would suit someone with experience in admissions, student recruitment, customer engagement, sales support, or higher education administration who enjoys relationship‑building, communication, and working in a fast‑paced international environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage prospective student engagement across the full recruitment journey from enquiry to enrolment
  • Engage with prospective students, applicants, parents, agents, and school counsellors via phone, email, virtual meetings, and digital channels
  • Support applicant conversion through timely follow‑up, guidance, and relationship management
  • Progress applicants through the recruitment and admissions funnel across intake cycles
  • Monitor pipeline activity and individual performance using CRM systems and reporting tools
  • Maintain high responsiveness and engagement standards in line with recruitment KPIs
  • Support applicants with application requirements including portfolios, personal statements, references, qualifications, and English language requirements
  • Coordinate outreach activity with agents and recruitment partners
  • Support recruitment campaigns, webinars, fairs, and portfolio events
  • Represent NABA London at recruitment and outreach activities

Admissions Coordination & Applicant Support

  • Manage admissions inbox and applicant enquiries
  • Respond to admissions queries in a timely and professional manner
  • Support applicants throughout the admissions and enrolment process
  • Coordinate interviews, portfolio reviews, consultations, and follow‑up activity
  • Prepare admissions documentation and offer materials using approved templates
  • Maintain accurate applicant records across Salesforce and CRM systems
  • Coordinate with academic colleagues on application review and progression
  • Escalate complex admissions, compliance, or visa‑related queries where appropriate

Sales, Marketing & CRM Coordination

  • Work with marketing colleagues on lead generation campaigns and applicant communications
  • Support follow‑up of enquiries generated via campaigns, events, and recruitment activity
  • Assist with pipeline tracking, applicant progression monitoring, and reporting
  • Maintain accurate recruitment and admissions data across systems
  • Provide insights on applicant behaviour to support recruitment strategy and messaging
  • Contribute ideas to improve applicant experience and conversion processes

Cross‑Functional Collaboration

  • Liaise regularly with colleagues across London and Milan
  • Support coordination between admissions, marketing, recruitment, and external partners
  • Contribute to the development of applicant experience and recruitment processes
  • Support operational activity linked to the launch of NABA London
  • Provide flexible support across recruitment and admissions activity during peak periods, including occasional evenings or weekends

About You

  • Experience in admissions, student recruitment, higher education administration, customer engagement, or sales support
  • Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
  • Experience using CRM systems and reporting tools
  • Collaborative, proactive, and student‑focused approach

Desirable

  • Experience within UK higher education or student recruitment
  • Knowledge of the UK education sector, regulations and guidelines (CMA, UKVI, GDPR)
  • Experience using Salesforce
  • Experience supporting international student recruitment
  • Interest in art, design, fashion, or creative education

Languages

  • Fluent English (C1/C2 level) written and spoken; additional languages are a plus.
