Overview

CME is NAB\’s centre of excellence for transaction execution and portfolio management within Corporate Finance. CME partners with Client Coverage and Product Specialist teams with the aim of driving business growth and efficiently delivering an excellent experience for customers.

The position offers the successful candidate an opportunity to develop their credit risk, financial analysis and client relationship management skills in conjunction with our Specialised Finance and Client Coverage teams and will play a key role in driving superior client outcomes and delivering world class client relationships.

Essential Capabilities

  • Sound numerical and financial analysis skills
  • Competency in financial modelling
  • Understanding of debt and financial markets products

Other Capabilities

  • Excel skills (medium to advanced)
  • Customer focused
  • Ability to manage time effectively, working with competing priorities

Experience

  • Prior experience in Corporate and Institutional Banking environment in an analytical or similar role
  • Demonstrated credit analysis skills, prior experience in financial modelling and understanding of transaction structuring
  • Prior experience of the Energy and Infrastructure sectors preferable
  • Understanding of regulatory and compliance environment.
