The predicted salary is between 30000 - 40000 £ per year.
To undertake all aspects of Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM), Reactive Maintenance, small projects and Help Desk Calls in accordance with both client and JLL requirements.
To manage and monitor the building operational functions.
To be responsible for the buildings operational assets and systems whilst on shift.
To issue permit to work for all specialist vendors and carry out appropriate isolations via LOTO.
To complete HV training (tbc) and switch HV and LV supplies as required.
