Position Overview As a Facilities Technician specializing in life science environments, you will serve as a key technical resource within our Facility Management team. This role combines hands-on technical expertise with coordination responsibilities to ensure optimal facility operations for our life science clients. You will manage maintenance activities, coordinate external vendors, and support critical facility functions while maintaining compliance with industry-specific standards. Key Responsibilities Technical Operations Execute preventive and corrective maintenance on building systems, equipment, and infrastructure (excluding HVAC systems) Perform general repair and maintenance work using manual skills and technical expertise Support renovation projects, refurbishments, and minor infrastructure initiatives Operate forklifts for material handling and goods receipt operations during client absences Coordination
