EMEA Integrated Program Management Lead (Financial Services Client)
As part of the JLL EMEA Project & Program Management team, you will provide dedicated Program and Project Management leadership across a major Financial Services client's Corporate Real Estate (CRE) portfolio throughout the EMEA region.
This role is responsible for the end-to-end delivery of an integrated portfolio of real estate projects, ranging from office expansions, consolidations, restacks, post-occupancy initiatives, and exits of existing locations to the delivery of fully fitted-out corporate workplaces in new locations.
Acting as the primary client-facing Project Management Lead, you will be based at the client location, where applicable, and will drive successful project outcomes by leading internal and external stakeholders, including consultants, designers, engineers, project managers, contractors, and vendors.
The role requires strong leadership across all phases of the project lifecycle, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards while exceeding client expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage multiple real estate and workplace projects from inception through completion, handover, and operational readiness.
- Provide integrated program management across the client's EMEA CRE portfolio, ensuring alignment with business objectives, workplace strategy, and operational requirements.
- Own and lead all five phases of project management: initiation, planning, execution, monitoring and controlling, and project closeout.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for the client, proactively identifying and understanding business needs and translating them into project and workplace delivery requirements.
- Develop, maintain, and govern all project management controls, including schedules, budgets, procurement strategies, contracts, risk registers, governance frameworks, reporting, and compliance processes.
- Anticipate, identify, and mitigate project risks while managing issues and dependencies to ensure successful project delivery.
- Lead the selection, management, and performance of external stakeholders, including architects, designers, engineers, consultants, general contractors, specialist contractors, and other project partners.
- Ensure all stakeholders meet contractual obligations and deliverables while maintaining quality, cost, and schedule targets.
- Coordinate and lead cross-functional project teams, including Corporate Real Estate, Facilities Management, Technology, Security, Legal, Procurement, Human Resources, and business stakeholders.
- Drive effective communication, governance, and decision-making throughout the project lifecycle.
- Oversee project financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, cost control, change management, and financial reporting.
- Ensure compliance with client standards, local regulations, health and safety requirements, and JLL project delivery processes.
- Provide leadership from project inception through successful handover to Facilities Management and business operations, ensuring a seamless transition and achievement of operational excellence.
- Deliver regular executive-level reporting on project status, risks, financial performance, key milestones, and portfolio performance metrics.
- Foster strong client relationships and act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders across the client's EMEA organization.
- Degree qualified in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 6 years' experience in project or program management within construction, corporate real estate, workplace delivery, real estate services, or a similar environment.
- Proven expertise managing all five phases of the project management lifecycle.
- Demonstrated experience delivering complex corporate fit-out, workplace, and capital projects, preferably within multinational or Financial Services environments.
- Experience managing multiple projects and stakeholders across the EMEA region.
Fluent in English and French , with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and planning capabilities, with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent stakeholder management and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence executive-level clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams.
- Strong leadership capabilities and a collaborative, team-oriented approach.
- Adaptable and resilient, with the ability to respond effectively to evolving business needs and unforeseen project challenges.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software tools.
- Solid experience in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and cost management.
- Strong understanding of procurement, contract management, governance, and risk management processes.
- PMP certification, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management accreditation is considered a strong advantage.
