As an Aesthetic Consultant at Naama, you are a key member of our client-facing team, guiding individuals through their personalised skin or tattoo removal journey. You will serve as the trusted advisor and treatment expert for clients, helping them understand options, set realistic expectations, and receive safe and effective care. This role requires a blend of clinical knowledge, technical skills, and exceptional interpersonal capabilities. The role requires at least 24 hours per week.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Journey Management: Own the client experience from consultation to aftercare. Build trust quickly and provide clear, compassionate guidance.
- Treatment Delivery: Administer laser and aesthetic treatments in line with NAAMA protocols. Ensure safe, precise, and effective outcomes.
- Assessment & Planning: Evaluate clients for treatment suitability and create tailored treatment protocols. Monitor progress and adjust plans as needed.
- Data & Documentation: Capture high-quality photography, maintain thorough digital records, and document progress accurately.
- Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with the laser technician, Front of House, marketing, and clinical teams to coordinate exceptional client care.
- Studio Standards & Compliance: Follow CQC guidelines, uphold hygiene protocols, and complete daily cleaning and prep duties. Ensure all equipment and lasers function optimally.
- Client Communication: Set clear, realistic expectations about treatment outcomes. Handle questions or concerns with professionalism and empathy.
- Admin & KPIs: Support daily studio operations and help the team meet performance and service goals.

Key Relationships
Internal: FOH, laser technicians, marketing, Studio Supervisor, Clinical Lead, Head of Operations. External: Clients and occasionally external medical professionals.
