JLL is seeking a General Manager for Mill Yard Cambridge, a new mixed-use campus delivering high-standard landlord operations. Based on-site, you will lead the on-site management team, oversee customer experience, service delivery, budgets, and compliance, and collaborate with the PM Team and Railpen to uphold best-in-class service for occupiers.

You will work closely with stakeholders, ensuring smooth operation of facilities, health and safety, and performance against SLAs and KPIs in a Grade A.
