Partnerships is still a young motion at n8n, and that's exactly what makes it exciting. Despite strong inbound interest, we're early in building this out, with ambitious growth targets and strong executive backing. The team is scaling quickly, new leadership is joining soon, and there's real momentum from recent strategic partnership wins. You'd be shaping strategy and operations across a genuinely broad ecosystem, spanning GSIs, affiliates, agencies, resellers, tech partners, education partners, and hyperscalers, with real room to define how it's structured and run rather than inheriting someone else's playbook.
Your main goal will be to become n8n's dedicated architect of Partner Ecosystem strategy and operations, building the systems, data, and processes that let this fast-growing partner network scale alongside n8n's growth.
To do so, here are your responsibilities:
- Channel Program Operations
- Own the operational infrastructure powering n8n's global partner ecosystem across reseller and referral segments.
- Design and maintain partner-attributed pipeline tracking, keeping sourced, influenced, and co-sell deals accurately categorized in Salesforce.
- Build and maintain channel reporting frameworks covering partner-sourced MRR, activation rates, deal registration, and tier performance.
- Partner Performance & Pipeline
- Support partner pipeline inspection and forecast roll-ups alongside Channel Sales leadership.
- Develop reporting and insights that drive partner growth and sharpen program performance.
- Build channel-specific territory and routing logic so partner-sourced leads and registered deals are prioritized and attributed correctly.
- Program & Systems Administration
- Own configuration and adoption of partner-facing tools, including the partner portal and Salesforce's channel-specific objects.
- Maintain documentation and training materials covering channel processes, rules of engagement, and partner program policies.
- Manage partner tier qualification, tracking certifications and activity thresholds, while using AI-enabled tools to streamline and scale the work.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with Channel Sales, Revenue Operations, Marketing, Legal, and Finance to operationalize GTM motions like co-marketing campaigns and partner enablement launches.
- Serve as the channel operations subject matter expert across cross-functional planning cycles, from annual planning to QBRs and GTM launches.
- Triage and support ad hoc requests, partner escalations, and troubleshooting as they come up.
REQUIREMENTS
Must-haves
- Channel/Partner Ops experience: You bring 5+ years in Sales Operations or Channel/Partner Operations at a technology company, ideally supporting partner or indirect revenue programs in a high-growth SaaS environment.
- Channel program know-how: You understand channel mechanics like deal registration, partner tiering, co-sell motions, referral fee structures, and margin/discount governance.
- Salesforce & channel tech stack: You're proficient in Salesforce objects, relationships, and reporting - including channel-specific objects - and you've worked with tools like PartnerStack, Crossbeam, or partner portals.
- Data & analytics chops: You're highly proficient in Google Sheets or Excel and comfortable with BI tools, turning partner data into clear insights on contribution and pipeline attribution.
- Precision & attention to detail: You bring meticulous organization and hold your own work to a high standard of accuracy.
- Change management: You've led org-wide change before, especially when operationalizing new program structures.
- Problem-solving mindset: You spot operational gaps quickly and build scalable solutions that move the needle on efficiency and outcomes.
Nice-to-haves
- Salesforce Admin certification: You hold a Salesforce Admin certification, or you're close to earning one.
- SQL proficiency: You're comfortable writing SQL queries to dig into partner and pipeline data yourself.
