The Role

We are hiring a Staff Product Marketing Manager (focussed on Enterprise) to strengthen how n8n defines, positions, and brings its enterprise offering to market. This is a senior individual contributor role focused on leadership through influence rather than people management. Your responsibility will be to elevate the quality, consistency, and strategic depth of our enterprise marketing while still delivering hands-on work across go-to-market, messaging, and sales enablement.

You will play a leading role in shaping how enterprise marketing operates at n8n, helping the company as we grow and mature our enterprise business.

What You Will Do

  • Own crucial elements of enterprise product marketing strategy and execution
  • Define how enterprise marketing should operate at n8n, including:
    • Market segmentation, persona research and ICP definition
    • Enterprise positioning and messaging
    • Go-to-market processes and execution
    • Sales enablement management, creation and delivery
  • Develop clear, compelling enterprise positioning and narratives for both technical and business audiences
  • Lead go-to-market planning and execution for key launches, features, and strategic initiatives
  • Create and improve sales enablement materials that support Sales, Solutions and Customer Success teams
  • Partner cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Marketing to ensure alignment on enterprise priorities
  • Balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution across messaging, campaigns, and assets
  • Bring structure and prioritisation to enterprise PMM work, focusing on highest-impact opportunities

What Success Looks Like

Within your first 6 to 12 months:

  • Enterprise PMM becomes more strategic, proactive, and well prioritised
  • Messaging is clearer and more consistent across campaigns, launches, and sales conversations
  • Sales teams feel better equipped and more confident in enterprise storytelling
  • Key enterprise initiatives are better planned and executed
  • The PMM team benefits from stronger senior strategic input, not just execution

What We Are Looking For

Must-have experience:

  • Senior Product Marketing experience in B2B SaaS, ideally in technical products
  • Strong background in enterprise PMM, including:
    • Positioning
    • Go-to-market strategy
    • Sales enablement
  • Proven ability to operate as a senior IC, balancing strategy with execution
  • Experience supporting complex buying cycles and enterprise customers
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration with Product, Sales, and Marketing
  • Excellent prioritisation and judgement across a broad scope
  • Strong written communication and content development skills

Nice to have:

  • Experience in workflow automation, developer tools, infrastructure, integrations, or AI
  • A background or interest in open-source or fair-code business models
  • Experience in high-growth scale-ups building PMM processes from scratch
  • Ability to craft messaging for both technical evaluators and executive stakeholders

Why Join n8n?

  • Shape enterprise marketing at a high-growth, category-defining SaaS company
  • Work on a product with strong technical credibility and an engaged global community
  • Play a key role in scaling a business at the intersection of automation, AI, and orchestration
  • Own meaningful strategic work, not just execution
  • Help define how enterprise PMM operates, rather than inheriting a fixed system
