Your main goal will be to build and scale n8n’s Service Partner ecosystem across the Southern Europe region, creating a strong network of consulting firms and systems integrators that drives partner-sourced pipeline, revenue growth, and customer success.
You’ll own the development of high-impact, long-term relationships with regional partners, helping them build successful service offerings around n8n and supporting our growth across Southern Europe.
Here’s how you’ll make that happen:
- Acquire and qualify high-potential partners
- Identify, recruit, and onboard consulting firms, boutique systems integrators, and digital agencies.
- Build a strong understanding of the regional partner landscape and prioritize firms aligned with our go-to-market strategy.
- Assess partner-market fit, technical capabilities, customer reach, and commercial potential.
- Recruit partners motivated to build and scale dedicated automation and AI service offerings around n8n.
- Develop relationships with senior stakeholders across partner organizations, from founders and practice leads to sales and delivery teams.
Enable, support, and scale partnerships:
- Design and deliver onboarding, enablement, and certification programs that help partners become commercially and technically successful.
- Support partners in building internal n8n expertise, service packages, and repeatable implementation capabilities.
- Create reusable resources, including playbooks, toolkits, templates, and best practices, to scale partner operations.
- Drive partner education across technical, sales, and go-to-market tracks.
- Help partners move from initial onboarding to active pipeline generation and customer delivery.
Drive pipeline and co-selling success:
- Build, track, and grow partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline across the Southern Europe region.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, and Marketing to identify and activate opportunities.
- Develop joint account plans and co-selling motions for strategic customers and prospects.
- Co-own joint business plans with priority partners and ensure they deliver measurable commercial outcomes.
- Maintain clear visibility into partner performance, pipeline progression, and revenue contribution.
Activate regional go-to-market initiatives:
- Plan and execute joint campaigns, webinars, events, and regional initiatives with partners.
- Build strong relationships with local sales and field teams to ensure partners are embedded within regional go-to-market activity.
- Co-create French-language content and marketing initiatives that increase awareness, engagement, and demand.
- Represent n8n at relevant partner, industry, and technology events across the region.
- Keep the partner ecosystem engaged through regular communication, updates, and community initiatives.
Champion partner feedback and continuous improvement:
- Act as the voice of partners internally, sharing insights that shape future programs, incentives, and product priorities.
- Identify regional challenges and opportunities, and translate them into scalable improvements.
- Use partner and performance data to improve the partner experience and increase operational efficiency.
- Contribute to the evolution of n8n’s global partner program based on regional learnings.
- Help define what excellent SI partnerships look like as n8n continues to scale.
Requirements
Must-haves
- SaaS partnership experience: You have 8+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, alliances, or sales within fast-scaling SaaS or technology companies, including at least 3 years working directly with services partners as a quota-carrying individual contributor.
- Fluent French and English: You are fluent in French and English and can confidently manage commercial negotiations, executive relationships, enablement sessions, and partner communications in both languages.
- Southern Europe market knowledge: You have a strong understanding of the French technology and consulting ecosystem, with an established network or proven experience developing relationships in the region.
- Partner recruitment and enablement: You have recruited, onboarded, and scaled high-performing consulting, agency, or systems integration partners.
- Commercial ownership: You have owned partner-sourced pipeline or revenue targets and know how to move partnerships from relationship-building to measurable commercial results.
- High-growth mindset: You have thrived in fast-paced technology environments and know how to prioritize, execute, and make decisions in ambiguous situations.
- Strong communicator and collaborator: You build trust quickly and influence senior internal and external stakeholders with clarity, credibility, and confidence.
- Technical depth: You are comfortable discussing APIs, integrations, automation workflows, and the broader AI and automation landscape.
- Builder’s mindset: You enjoy creating programs and processes from scratch rather than maintaining static playbooks. You are hands-on, data-driven, and focused on outcomes.

- Larger deal experience: You have supported partner-involved deals in the 100K to 500K range.
- GTM and co-sell experience: You understand regional go-to-market strategy, partner sales enablement, account mapping, and field collaboration.
- Industry knowledge: You have experience with iPaaS, workflow automation, AI, developer tools, or another technical SaaS platform.
- SI and enterprise experience: You have worked with systems integrators supporting complex software implementations for mid-market and enterprise customers.
- Regional network: You already have relationships with influential consulting firms, boutique SIs, digital agencies, or technology partners across the region.
