The AI orchestration of your wildest imagination. n8n is the open workflow orchestration platform built for the new era of AI. We give technical teams the freedom of code with the speed of no-code, so they can automate faster, smarter, and without limits. Backed by a fiercely inventive community and 500+ builder-approved integrations, we’re changing the way people bring systems together and scale ideas for impact.
Your main goal will be to build and scale integrated campaigns that generate measurable pipeline for our sales-led growth motion and help the sales team engage and nurture high-value accounts. To make that happen, you’ll own campaigns end to end and bring teams together around a clear strategy, timeline, and revenue goal:
- CAMPAIGN STRATEGY & EXECUTION
- Own integrated campaign strategy and execution from the initial brief and goal-setting through launch, optimization, and post-campaign reporting.
- Build and maintain campaign plans covering timelines, budgets, deliverables, owners, and dependencies.
- Keep stakeholders aligned and accountable so campaigns launch on time and support shared pipeline objectives.
- CROSS-FUNCTIONAL CAMPAIGN ORCHESTRATION
- Act as the connective tissue across Product Marketing, Enterprise Marketing, Paid, Lifecycle, Web, Events, Content, and Sales.
- Brief and coordinate each channel so messaging, audiences, assets, and timelines support one consistent campaign goal.
- Partner closely with Sales and SDR teams to ensure campaigns support effective account engagement and follow-up.
- CHANNEL ACTIVATION
- Partner with Paid Media on channel selection, audience targeting, and budget pacing across search, social, and display.
- Work with Lifecycle and Email teams to develop nurture sequences and campaign-specific communications.
- Coordinate with Web, Events, and Content teams on landing pages, forms, conversion optimization, webinars, follow-up, blog posts, guides, and supporting assets.
- PERFORMANCE & OPTIMIZATION
- Track campaign engagement, responses, pipeline attribution, and revenue impact against agreed goals.
- Report clearly on what worked, what did not, and which changes should be made in future campaigns.
- Run a consistent test-and-learn process so every campaign improves on the one before it.
REQUIREMENTS
- Integrated campaign experience: You have hands-on experience building and running end-to-end B2B software campaigns rather than only managing agencies or providing strategic oversight.
- Technical audience expertise: You have successfully created campaigns for technical audiences and understand how to make complex software propositions relevant and compelling.
- ABM experience: You have run account-based marketing campaigns across both EMEA and the United States.
- Marketing automation knowledge: You have practical experience with email automation platforms such as Marketo or Customer.io and understand how to use their capabilities within integrated campaigns.
- Data-driven approach: You are comfortable using Salesforce reporting and campaign data to evaluate engagement, responses, pipeline attribution, and revenue impact.
- Cross-functional collaboration: You can coordinate multiple specialist teams, create clarity around ownership and timelines, and hold stakeholders accountable.
- Hands-on execution: You enjoy working directly in the details and are ready to build, launch, measure, and optimize campaigns yourself.
Nice-to-haves
- Product-led growth exposure: You understand freemium or product-led growth models and how they connect with a sales-led motion.
