Responsibilities
- Lead concepting and design across digital, social, event touchpoints.
- Design and ship key assets in Figma: campaign visuals, product marketing, event collateral.
- Evolve n8n’s brand system and guidelines for scalability and cohesion.
- Create motion explorations, prototypes, moodboards, production‑ready files.
- Manage and collaborate with contractors, agencies, vendors to scale output.
- Partner with Brand Operations Manager on project prioritization and timeline.
- Provide clear direction and actionable feedback to internal collaborators and external partners.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with Marketing, Product, Community, and more to drive clarity and cohesion.
- Act as a brand advocate and mentor for creative standards.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of brand design experience (agency and in‑house).
- Expert in Figma; proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, motion, prototyping tools.
- Strong visual storyteller – typography, layout, identity systems.
- Experience leading projects from brief through delivery, including scoping, briefing, reviewing partner work.
- Comfortable collaborating with cross‑functional stakeholders and managing external partners.
- Curious, proactive, humble; ownership mindset.
- Solid understanding of success metrics and measurement.
- Interest in AI, automation, the future of creativity; passion for solving undefined problems.
