About the role: This position is hybrid and based in our London office, with an in-office expectation of three days per week. n8n is hiring an SDR to manage and convert inbound interest into high-quality enterprise pipeline for our EMEA business. You’ll engage prospective customers who have shown interest in n8n, understand what they are looking to achieve, and identify where there is a strong opportunity for us to support them.
You will own the early stages of the inbound journey: responding quickly to enquiries, researching the account and relevant stakeholders, running initial discovery and qualification, and partnering with Enterprise AEs to create a smooth and well-informed handover. This role suits someone with SDR experience who is curious about technical products, communicates confidently with a wide range of stakeholders, and can combine thoughtful qualification with a responsive, customer-focused approach.
Responsibilities:
- Respond quickly and thoughtfully to inbound enquiries from prospective customers across EMEA
- Research incoming leads and accounts to understand their business, technical environment, potential use cases and fit with n8n
- Prioritise inbound demand based on account potential, customer intent, urgency and qualification criteria
- Run initial discovery conversations covering business needs, technical context, stakeholders, timelines and potential value
- Research and build relationships with technical and business stakeholders across IT, DevOps, SecOps, and related teams to identify where n8n adds value
- Educate prospective customers on n8n’s automation and AI capabilities and connect these to their specific requirements
- Proactively follow up with engaged prospects through email, phone and LinkedIn to maintain momentum
- Identify additional stakeholders within high-potential accounts and support broader account engagement where relevant
- Partner closely with Enterprise AEs to provide clear meeting context, qualification insights and agreed next steps
- Maintain accurate Salesforce data across leads, accounts, contacts, activities and opportunities
- Use Salesforce, Outreach, Apollo and AI tools to support lead research, prioritisation, personalisation and follow-up
- Work with Marketing, Sales and Revenue Operations to share insights on lead quality, campaign performance and common customer needs
Requirements:
Must-haves:
- Prior SDR experience, ideally qualifying inbound demand from mid-market or enterprise accounts
- B2B SaaS experience with a working knowledge of pipeline generation, qualification, and sales processes
- Sales acumen across account selection, qualification, and articulating business value early in the cycle; proficient with structured methodologies such as MEDDPICC
- Strong written and verbal communication; able to write thoughtful outreach and hold confident conversations with senior stakeholders
- Emotional intelligence to build rapport quickly and adapt across technical and executive audiences
- Proactive, self-starting working style with consistent follow-up and ownership of results
- Based in London and able to work from the office three days per week
Nice-to-haves:
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce, Outreach, Apollo, or similar platforms
- Experience selling to technical personas or strong interest in automation, AI, or developer tools
- Track record of quota attainment, President's Club recognition, or measurable impact in a previous SDR role
- Practical use of AI tools such as ChatGPT or Claude for research, personalisation, or productivity
- Experience partnering with Marketing on lead quality, campaign follow-up or event-generated demand
