About the role: This position is hybrid and based in our London or Berlin office, with an in-office expectation of three days per week. n8n is hiring an Enterprise SDR to generate high-quality enterprise pipeline for our DACH business by prospecting into strategic accounts and creating meaningful conversations with technical buyers.
You will run a targeted outbound motion: researching enterprise accounts, identifying the right personas, crafting relevant outreach, qualifying early-stage opportunities, and partnering with Enterprise AEs to build pipeline. This role suits someone with outbound SDR experience who is curious about technical products, thrives in fast-growing environments, and brings the structure, resilience, and sales acumen needed to engage senior stakeholders across large organizations.
Responsibilities:
- Generate qualified enterprise pipeline by prospecting into strategic DACH accounts
- Build targeted account plans with Enterprise AEs, including priority companies, personas, pain points, and outreach angles
- Research technical and business stakeholders across IT, DevOps, SecOps, and related teams to identify where n8n adds value
- Craft personalized outbound messaging that ties n8n's automation and AI capabilities to account-specific priorities
- Run outbound sequences across email, phone, LinkedIn, and other channels
- Qualify prospects through strong discovery covering business needs, technical context, urgency, and fit
- Partner with Enterprise AEs on clean handoffs, meeting context, and next steps
- Maintain accurate Salesforce data across accounts, contacts, activities, and opportunities
- Use Outreach, Salesforce, Apollo, and AI tools to improve prospecting, research, personalization, and follow-up
- Continuously refine messaging, targeting, and qualification through coaching, feedback, and performance data
Requirements:
- Must-have German fluency, C1 or higher (native or bilingual speaker)
- Prior SDR experience, ideally prospecting into mid-market or enterprise accounts
- B2B SaaS experience with a working knowledge of pipeline generation, qualification, and sales processes
- Sales acumen across account selection, qualification, and articulating business value early in the cycle; proficient with structured methodologies such as MEDDPICC
- Strong written and verbal communication; able to write thoughtful outreach and hold confident conversations with senior stakeholders
- Emotional intelligence to build rapport quickly and adapt across technical and executive audiences
- Proactive, self-starting working style with consistent follow-up and ownership of results
- Based in London or Berlin and able to work from the office three days per week
Nice-to-haves:
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce, Outreach, Apollo, or similar platforms
- Experience selling to technical personas or strong interest in automation, AI, or developer tools
- Track record of quota attainment, President's Club recognition, or measurable impact in a previous SDR role

- Prospecting experience into large organizations, including identifying buying committees and account priorities
