We are seeking a Head of Product Marketing to lead and grow our product marketing team, shape product launches, communicate value, and expand our story across technical users, enterprise clients, and the broader automation ecosystem.

Responsibilities include:

  • Driving positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies
  • Managing product launches, user research, and adoption initiatives
  • Leading and developing a team of product marketers and content creators
  • Structuring the product marketing function to leverage its full potential

In the first 3 months, you will:

  • Test initial positioning and messaging
  • Update website messaging for impact
  • Develop a roadmap for product marketing and storytelling

Within 6 months, you will:

  • Enhance team productivity and establish clear workflows
  • Lead major messaging and category creation initiatives
  • Support large-scale brand and go-to-market campaigns

By 12 months, you will:

  • Refine and own the product launch process for multiple releases annually
  • Scale your team across community, enterprise, and product segments
  • Position n8n as a leader in automation and AI markets
  • Increase industry visibility through thought leadership and analyst relations

Minimum requirements:

  • 5–7+ years in product marketing, DevRel, or technical marketing leadership
  • 3–5+ years working with technical B2B SaaS audiences ($10M+ ARR)
  • Over 2 years managing a marketing team in a hypergrowth environment
  • Hands-on experience with product-led and enterprise go-to-market models
  • Strong technical fluency (APIs, webhooks, scripting)
  • Proven success launching technical products across channels
  • Experience building and scaling product marketing teams from early stages
  • Excellent storytelling skills and strategic mindset
  • Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced startup setting
  • Location in Europe or on the East Coast of North America
