Your main goal will be to generate pipeline for the DACH market and shape our SDR playbook as we scale. You will be the front line of our sales efforts, connecting with potential customers and qualifying opportunities that turn into revenue for the business. You’ll connect with prospects across industries and regions, helping them discover the value of n8n.
To do so, here are your key responsibilities:
- Engage with prospects
- Conduct scheduled prospect meetings, effectively positioning n8n's value
- Reach out to warm leads via email and social media to build rapport
- Qualify leads over the phone and uncover potential for further discussions (currently 100% inbound with a high conversion rate)
- Build pipeline with outbound efforts
- Collaborate with the team to create our first outbound campaigns to target strategic accounts
- Research accounts and identify decision-makers and champions within organisations
- Collaborate with the marketing team to tailor messaging that resonates with prospects
- Administration & Reporting
- Maintain accurate records of prospect interactions and sales activities in the CRM
- Track your outreach metrics to ensure progress toward quarterly targets
- Provide feedback to the sales and marketing teams on prospect engagement
- Collaboration with the sales team
- Work closely with Account Executives, Solution Engineers, and the broader sales team to transition qualified leads
- Develop strategies with Marketing to increase conversion rates from MQLs to SQLs
- Learn from cross-functional teams to build product knowledge and sales expertise

Requirements
- Fluent in German: C1 or higher (native or bilingual speaker)
- Right to work in the UK: We can’t sponsor visas for this role
- Technical curiosity: You love learning about automation & complex products
- Strong communication skills: You ask thoughtful questions, simplify complex ideas, and focus on understanding, not just selling
- Organised and methodical: You plan your day, track your work, and follow up consistently. You iterate on your efforts to get better results with each approach to the same task
- Self-starter: You’re proactive, resourceful, and eager to contribute ideas, not just follow instructions
Bonus points if you have:
- 6–18 months of SDR or sales experience
- Experience in a B2B SaaS environment or startup
- Familiarity with workflow automation tools
